2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND COLOUR VARIATIONS

Product Descriptions: We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not guarantee that all content is entirely accurate or error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it in unused condition for a full refund. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Colour Variations: Product colours may appear differently depending on your monitor or device. We cannot guarantee that your screen will perfectly reflect the actual product.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Up to 500g with tracking: $9.00

  • Up to 3kg with tracking: $14.00

  • 3kg to 5kg with tracking: $25.00

Shipping times: 2–3 business days from dispatch. Prices reflect Australia Post rates at the time of writing and may change. For shipping questions, contact info@mbodhii.com.au.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • 0–1.0kg: $25.00

  • 1.0–3.0kg: $80.00

International shipping fees depend on Australia Post rates and destination. For quotes or unlisted destinations, contact info@mbodhii.com.au.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we aim to provide an excellent shopping experience, mbodhii is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify us against any liability from your use of this site.

Our website may link to third-party sites. These are for convenience only. mbodhii does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content of external sites.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. mbodhii reserves the right to deny returns if items appear used or damaged.

For hygiene reasons, skincare sample kits cannot be returned unless faulty. For faulty items, contact info@mbodhii.com.au with photos and details for a replacement or refund.

8. LIMITED WARRANTY

All products are sold “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties regarding performance or functionality. Where applicable, responsibility is limited to replacement, refund, or repair, as per Australian Consumer Law.

mbodhii may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Unless stated, promotions are open to Australian residents aged 18+, excluding employees and their immediate families. Winners are chosen fairly and notified via email or published on our website/social media. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless specified.
