How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email (and/or SMS) with your tracking link. If you don’t receive it within 3 days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at info@mbodhii.com.
Can I return products if I have a skin reaction?
We understand skin is personal. If you believe you’ve experienced a reaction, please email us at info@mbodhii.com. While we can’t offer medical advice, we’re happy to support you on a case-by-case basis.
My product arrived damaged or leaking — what now?
We're so sorry! Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, include your order number and a photo, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
What’s the return window?
You may return eligible products (new or used) within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend retaining your packaging and order number to streamline the process.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Mbodhii ships within Australia only. We're exploring international options and hope to offer them soon!
Can I try Mbodhii before I commit to a full size?
Absolutely! We offer a 5ml Sample Kit for free — you just cover the shipping. It’s a great way to try our range before committing to the full ritual.
