Returns & Refunds

At mbodhii, we want you to feel confident about what you’re putting on your skin. If something isn’t right, we’ll help where we can.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we do not offer change of mind returns.

Please choose carefully and review product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing. If you’re unsure, email us before ordering. Better questions upfront than regrets later.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, that’s on us.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos if applicable

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Hygiene Policy

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products that have been tampered with

Unless the product is faulty.
